Audience: Adults, unemployed, welfare recipients
STEPS is designed to help people move from unemployment to employment, from dependence to independence. Clients are taught to think differently about themselves and the world around them, the job market and what they have the potential to become. 15 core learning units are supplemented by job search and maintenance skills, and complemented by an intensive audio reinforcement course for individual study.

Combining The Pacific Institute’s cognitive education with job search and employment skills,
STEPS – Guide to Employment offers a well-rounded education to those youth seeking meaningful employment and the life skills necessary to make intelligent decisions for their futures. This 12-unit program is ideal for a Job Corps-type audience.
