This breakthrough program combines the cognitive material of The Pacific Institute with an employment process. Designed to give parolees the life skills they will need to succeed “on the outside” combined with the practical skills to get a job and keep it, the goal of AYP New Directions is to reduce recidivism in prisons. Customized versions have been created for Hawaii and California Department of Corrections.
